Running posture
Hi Marius, can you give me any tips on anything that can help me improve my posture while running especially after 10miles etc..
It seems like I loose form and start to lean forward after 9-10miles. Is there any core stability or anything that you think might help?

IF you want a strength training program for running, I recommend taking a look at Curb Ivanic corerunning site : Corerunning.com He sent me his DVD a while back and it is one of the best recources I've found for core work and running.
