Here you can post your questions to the 100 day marathon plan. I will try and answer them weekly.

Three important things about the questions..

1. Please make the questions general (vs. "personal")

That means that others can relate to them as well. For example, a good very relevant and general question would be "You talk about drinking in chapter 10. At what frequency during the marathon is it the best to drink ? "

A personal type question (that I cannot guarantee an answer to) would be something like : "I have my marathon race coming up in 3 weeks and I have not been able to run the last long distance run. Can you adjust the schedule for me the last three weeks?"

2. If you can refer to and relate it to specific parts of the 100 Day Marathon Plan that would be great !(so that others will know where to look)

3. Before posting, do check out below the form that this question has not been asked before and upon submission use at least your first name and last name initial.

Added October 09 : I have to repeat point # 1 here. As questions are increasing, and especially personal ones, do make sure that you generalize the question. I would love to help you out but the more personal they are vs. directly related to the 100 day plan, the less helpful it will be for others reading the answers. So do take some time as you write the question, to make it general and relate it directly to the plan. Otherwise I cannot guarantee the time to answer it. Thank you !
