Just getting started, done a bit of training before so I wonder when I see som of the hard parts; are you supoused to do some kind of warm up befor getting started at the session or just get right on to the ex 4x7min run at effort 3 and 4?"

Answer : If you do a search through previously answered questions, you'll see that I recommend about 5-10 minutes warmup first. There is no need for more, if you are well trained you can even get away with less (I personally only do 2-5 minutes if the workout is Effort 3)
