Should I do the SS* strides before or after cooling down?

I have a question about the short strides (SS*). I didn't completely understand, should I do them before or after the cooling down session after the hard part? You mention there should be about 5 minutes resting after the actual training session, but should I do the cooling down jogging after this and then the strides, or the other way about?"
Answer: Hi Mika, to answer you simply : you want to do these before the cooling down jogging part, meaning, between the workout and the cooldown.
