Ultra marathon and the 100 day plan :


Looking to qualify for the 2012 world 100KM final and a time of close to 7 hours.

What adaptations would you suggest to the 100 day plan. The intention is that I do a spring marathon with the intention of running as fast as possible and then moving to a 100km in mid-summer.
