2:30hrs "walk/run"

If i am able to run 2:30,do i have to walk?

Answer: I have touched this a few times in the Q and A. Yes, you can do this, but ONLY if you feel that it does not eat into your recovery. For 8 out of 10 it does - and then you instead want to run-walk it. It has alot to do with your previous background as a runner - how much you've used to running, as well as your body frame (lighter ones, means less impact on the legs = easier to just run these)

All the best,
Marius
