2:45 plan week 1 session 3 :

"In week 1 session 3 of the 2:45 plan it just says 13x2 minutes at effort 4, then 3 minutes rec and SS. Im assuming the 3 minute recovery is after the workout before the SS. Is there any recovery after each 2 minutes? If not, what is the difference each 2 minutes? Is it just 26 minutes continuous at effort 4?"

Answer: The 3 min recovery should be after each 2 min - not just at the end.
