Can I use your program for a different sport?

Use the 100 day plan in different sports

Can I use your 4 hour plan to train for a ski race that i am planning to finish just under 4 hours?
Or are the sports so different that I should follow a different plan?


Answer: Hi Ivan, you can certainly use most of the main principles in skiing as well, the exception is that you'll need to add length to the workouts - more longer sessions, especially the easier workouts, that you want to increase in length to between 50 min to 3 hours in length. You can also add a few more intervals to the interval sessions as in skiing you do not have the same (limiting) impact on the legs as in running :)
