Hard training sessions

Hi Marius,

I know you say not to run the hard (speed) session back to back. But is is ok to have them back to back if there's a day off in between?
Something like this:

Sunday - Hard / interval
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Easy
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Long/Easy
Friday - Hard / interval
