Stockholm Marathon 2011

I prepared for Stockholm by Marius' 100day program sub 3:15. Runners say that Stockholm Marathon is avg 10-12 min slower because of a lot up (ca550m) and downhill running...and my finishing time was 3:22(42.7km because of not ideal cornering)...so if i take note of those -12min then i did well under 3:15 and my time on flat would of been 3:10!!! I improved my pb by 32min and I find this a great result!!!
