How to fit soccer practice into marathon schedule

Hi Marius - I train indoor soccer once a week for approximately one and a half hour. The practice is quite intens with high heart rate. As you know it is very "intervally" training. How do I fit this into the marathon training?

The main point is to space the hard sessions away from the soccer practice as much as possible - and use the SS* after each session.
