What should one do with the newsletter workouts - in regards to the 100 day plan ?

"Should workouts #1-#15 that you emailed replace one of our weekly workouts. Or is it in addition to?"

Answer: Short answer to this : these are just small tastes of what is inside the 100 day plan. Once you have the plan, you just follow it day by day and you'll see how these workouts are actually already a part of the 100 day plan.
